ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Judy Dater

This iconic photograph, of acclaimed photographer Imogen Cunningham with her esteemed model Twinka, has been one of my favorite images for as long as I can remember. The interplay apparent between the two has captivated me ever since I first saw this picture of them cavorting around that tree, enacting together the very embodiment of collaboration between photographer and subject. I shall never tire of seeing it. ■
